I recently completed Invisalign treatment here & my experience has been amazing. Right from the beginning Jo was very knowledgeable & was open to discussing other treatments alongside Invisalign in order for me to achieve all my smile goals. Jo was so friendly, polite & made me feel really comfortable throughout. Jo always looked for a solution for any of my concerns during my consultations which was the reason I chose to proceed with Invisalign treatment here.

When I began my treatment with Andrew he was always calm, funny, & in high spirits which helped me feel at ease. Before anything he talks me through everything I can expect from the appointment, how it will feel & sound for me which was very comforting & that way I knew what to expect. While he would be working on my teeth he would be talking me through each step & if he turned to his desk he would let me know he is doing so & why. Andrew is extremely thorough, attentive & takes time to listen to what you would like without an ounce of judgement.

I also visited Carly for a hygiene appointment before starting my Invisalign & Carly made the effort to familiarise herself with my notes before I attended & noticed I was due to begin Invisalign. Carly then provided me with important tips on keeping good hygiene while wearing aligners. I used all of Carly’s tips & when I visited her at the end of my treatment for another clean she was able to notice an improvement & took time to provide me with the comparison so I could understand how much my oral hygiene had improved between my two visits.

Along with Andrew, Jo & Carly, the lovely ladies on reception Jude & Kim & the assistants Imogen & Mia were all always smiley & approachable at every visit & never made me feel too awkward or shy to talk about my insecurities around which isn’t the experience I’ve always had at other practices. If you’re considering this practice for any treatment I would highly recommend. I love my teeth now & cannot stop staring at them in the mirror.

Really can’t overstate how smooth, quick and painless this practice made getting Invisalign. With the dental monitoring app, in-person appointments can be kept to a minimum which makes it really convenient for scheduling/travel. Best dental practice I’ve ever been a patient of. Couldn’t recommend enough. Always made to feel welcome and at ease. I was a very nervous patient after a few bad experience at other dental practices but Andrew Thomas Dental Care helped to put all that behind me.
